This system gives boaters full control of their electrically driven equipment on board. It includes a base unit, one remote control, and two connection cables. The VETUS wireless control handheld remote has a range of 10 to 25 m, depending on the location of the receiver, and delivers easy control of bow thrusters, stern thrusters, and/or windlasses. The wireless remote control meets the EMC requirements.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within two (2) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at customerservice@marinemaster.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
