During 2015, Lewmar undertook an aggressive development program to renew its market-leading vertical windlass range. Their engineering team is continually exploring, evaluating and testing new materials to ensure we offer cutting edge products that are lighter, stronger and optimised for best performance.

The VX1 is the first in the expansive new range of windlass. Using a new product development team solely working on new ways to design, develop and manufacture, Lewmar has been able to offer new age technologies to refine our windlass design. RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within two (2) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at customerservice@marinemaster.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:
